3C產品燙手　台大研究助散熱

【許敏溶╱台北報導】台灣大學昨宣布，該校凝態科學研究中心利用常用於3C產品的矽鍺半導體，讓熱分子的傳遞變成波狀前進，改寫教科書的理論，未來可望開發出更有效率的3C產品散熱方式。該論文日前已登上國際頂尖期刊《自然奈米科技》。  

該篇論文由27歲的蕭子綱掛名第一作者，他說，為做研究前後花約400天時間，常將直徑僅頭髮千分之一的矽鍺奈米線放到量測裝置上偵測，「看到眼睛快脫窗」，所幸努力終於有代價。
