新來義巡守隊 募新血護家園

屏東縣新來義永久屋部落，成立社區巡守隊照顧家園，除了每晚定時巡邏維護治安，兼做環境清掃工作，還要「尋人服務」，新來義社區發展協會理事長許蘭花說，巡守隊員要自己出錢買裝備，但仍有許多部落年輕人表達加入意願，因此月底將開放報名。

許蘭花表示，剛搬來新來義社區時，僅有管理委員會，因不是法定編制，無法成立巡守隊，加上整個永久屋社區有5個入口，不像以往在山區家家戶戶緊密連結，致發生住戶家中水溝蓋、單車等被偷情事。

後來成立社區發展協會，向潮州警分局申請成立巡守隊，現在每天晚上9點，都有4個巡守隊員騎著鐵馬，巡社區大小巷，注意社區是否有可疑人士，也會檢查各項公用設施是否損壞，每個月巡守隊也會辦一次環境大整理，許多居民看到巡守隊的付出，就主動加入整理家園行列。
