染有吸毒惡習的羅姓男子，為滿足毒癮，竟趁著應徵水電工的機會，偷取工地的電線，運回家中「加工」，剝掉電線外皮後抽出銅線，再賤賣給資源回收廠，基警刑大偵三隊昨日查獲羅姓男子，起出三十多公斤的銅線及大批電線，依竊盜罪嫌送辦。

基警刑大偵三隊日前查獲一名張姓毒販，發現經常向他購買毒品的羅姓男子（三十六歲）無正當工作，卻能長期購毒解癮，懷疑羅的金錢來源有問題，便深入追查。

之後，警方查出羅姓男子都是藉由四處應徵水電工的機會，偷竊工地內的大批電線，運回家中後「加工」，抽取電線內的銅線，再賤賣給資源回收廠，所得贓款大都用來購毒解癮。警方於昨日上午十一時在孝四路查獲羅姓男子，押解他回家起贓，搜出三十三公斤已被剝皮的銅線及六大綑的電線，偵訊之後，依法移送基隆地檢署偵辦。
