滿意度評比 愛瘋退步三星進步

（中央社台北21日電）根據今年美國消費者滿意度評比，三星電子公司的智慧手機與谷歌旗下摩托羅拉手機均有所進步，反觀蘋果iPhone的評比則出現退步。

據彭博報導，根據今天出爐的2013年美國消費者滿意度指數（American Customer Satisfaction Index,ACSI）顯示，蘋果（Apple ）iPhone得分81分，在手機用戶中再度蟬聯最高滿意度殊榮。與此同時，三星電子公司（Samsung Electronics Co. ）與谷歌公司（Google Inc. ）旗下摩托羅拉（Motorola）則拉近與蘋果的差距。

iPhone的滿意度評比，較上年下滑2.4%，三星手機的評比則激增7%，達76分，谷歌旗下摩托羅拉的滿意度評比增加5.5%，得分77。

iPhone上季銷售成長7%，寫下iPhone於2007年問世以來最小銷售增幅。

消費者對iPhone的滿意度退步，也凸顯出三星手機受歡迎程度有增無減。據市場研究機構策略分析公司（Strategy Analytics）指出，三星智慧手機第1季奪下全球1/3市占，較蘋果18%市占倍增。

據ACSI顯示，去年5月問世的Galaxy S III銷售長紅，三星成功出擊後，就一路扶搖直上。根據報告，三星手機的滿意度進步7%，「在各手機廠中創下最傲人成績。」

蘋果今年來股價累計重挫17%，週一（20日）收報442.93美元，相較美股標準普爾500指數累漲17%。與此同時，三星股價計挫1.6%，報149萬7000韓元，谷歌股價則累漲28%，報908.53美元。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）1020521
