江揆勉陳保基加油 成為政院開心果

　行政院今頒功績獎章給卸任首長，個性直率的原民會主委孫大川代表受獎致詞說，現在首長壓力很大，事情應接不暇，「哪個人當爐主都不知」。江揆接著肯定孫大川是政院開心果，要尋覓接任人選，「保基兄可能覺得責任龐大」。今日獲頒功績獎章包括：工程會主委陳振川、國防部長高華柱、僑委會委員長吳英毅、金管會主委陳裕璋、退輔會主委曾金陵、孫大川。陳裕璋與曾金陵並未出席。
