過勞嚴重　醫勞盟：醫師應納入《勞基法》

【沈能元／台北報導】台灣醫療勞動條件惡化，醫師超時工作已成為普遍現象，但政府卻縱容血汗醫院讓醫療人員在惡劣的工作環境下工作，醫勞盟今舉辦「如果這不是過勞，什麼才是過勞」記者會，要求政府應將醫師在內的所有醫療人員納入《勞基法》保障。

曾擔奇美醫院外科住院醫師的蔡伯羌，2009年在工作時突然心肌梗塞昏倒，搶救後因腦部缺氧致記憶功能缺損，不記得老婆、孩子，蔡伯羌今與妻子共同出席記者會，蔡太太說，政府應重視醫療人員工時問題，不要讓醫師的老婆、孩子，活在隨時失去老公、爸爸的恐懼之中。

醫勞盟理事長張志華說，血汗醫院吞噬醫護人員血肉，醫師為照顧病人過勞導致傷亡，是家人永遠的痛，是社會莫大損失，政府應將醫師在內的所有醫療人員納入《勞基法》保障。
