5大造假食品 素食摻葷居首

衛生福利部表示，國內五大造假食品以「素食摻葷」最嚴重，其次是豬肉混充牛肉乾、蜂蜜不純、果汁沒果汁和米粉沒米。

立法院社會福利及衛生環境委員會今天邀集衛生福利部、環保署、農委會、經濟部標檢局、司法院等單位進行食品安全等事件專案報告。

多位立法委員提到，從塑化劑事件、不鏽鋼食品器具含錳、毒澱粉等食品安全問題連環爆，歐盟日前也公布十大造假黑心產品，以橄欖油最多，那麼台灣的黑心產品以什麼最多？

衛生福利部食藥署食品組組長蔡淑貞說，國內五大造假食品分別是「素食摻葷」最嚴重，這是過去比較常發生的是，其次分別是「豬肉混充牛肉乾」、「蜂蜜不純」、「果汁沒果汁」和「米粉沒米」。
