上櫃生技股美時 (1795)因股價近期多次達公布注意交易資訊標準，主管機關要求公布財務資訊，自結4月稅前虧損955萬元，稅後虧損803萬元，每股虧損0.14元，累計今年前四月稅前純益2033萬元，稅後盈餘2145萬元，每股盈餘0.38元，與去年同期的虧損相比，持續為獲利狀態。

美時股價自5月以來節節走高，最高曾達51.9元，不到1個月漲幅即達40%。日前市場曾傳出大藥廠羅氏有意併購美時，被視為這波股價波動較大原因，惟該公司否認。
