一手搓完換一手　男襲女同事胸辯開玩笑

1名已婚蔡姓男子為南投縣草屯鎮一家公司員工，去年3月間，趁1名女同事到公司物料區倉庫取物料，涉從後方伸手搓揉女同事胸部，女反抗、蔡男竟又「換手」繼續摸胸，女子大罵，蔡男才悻悻然離去。

《自由時報》報導，法院審理時，他辯稱是「開玩笑」仍被判刑10月，也因此丟了工作；上訴後台中高分院審理認定，蔡男丟了工作已受到懲戒，判他緩刑3年。
