色情按摩店誇情報「神準」　貪警分紅366萬遭訴

新北市淡水警分局警備隊警員陳銘宣（41歲），2007年任職蘆洲警分局偵查隊偵查佐期間，涉插股投資好友林家銘（39歲，）在蘆洲區經營的色情按摩店，包括「普吉島」系列、雙龍灣與威尼斯等舒壓館，地點包括蘆洲區、永和區與台北市中山區，店內雇用泰國、越南假結婚來台女子提供半套性服務。
 
檢調今年3月發動搜索約談，查出陳男從2007年到2012年至少分紅366萬元，並預先洩漏臨檢資訊給業者防範，店內櫃臺小姐都說情報神準。新北地檢署今起訴陳男等人圖利、妨害風化等罪嫌。
