亞股回穩 台股開漲27點

美股反彈，亞股回穩，台股今日早盤開漲27.65點，報7,979.31點。台股在外資期、現貨全翻空下，昨日失守8000點關卡，跌破季線，今日跌深反彈，在電子、金融雙雙走揚下，指數穩在盤上，再度挑戰8000關。

台幣早盤大升2.7角，外資尚未大舉外逃，高價股、權值股今日撐盤，股王大立光、漢微科、可成漲幅都逾2%，宏達電、聯發科則是小漲表現；台積電、鴻海止穩小漲，聯電宣布加入IBM技術開發聯盟，也上揚0.7%。
