1人決策？光之塔變廢鐵 台中市長要究責 【聯合報╱記者張明慧／台中報導】 2013.06.22 03:57 am http://udn.com/NEWS/DOMESTIC/DOM4/7979679.shtml 矗立在中市中清與環中路口的「光之塔」，不僅沒達到地標功能， 還因年久失修鏽蝕、破壞景觀；市長胡志強昨自己爆料說，光之塔 建築當初沒簽給任何人看，「為何 1個人就可決定蓋成光之塔，這 樣決策怎麼做出來的？」他要追究責任。 但光之塔是胡市長任內興建，所謂 1人決定是誰？副市長黃國榮說 ，已請都市發展局了解當初決策過程，由誰決定興建？如何決定設 計模式？要調查清楚。 「光之塔」是高速公路進入台中市區的入口意象，2007年10月興建 ，工程費1千3百多萬元，但不到10年這個鋼架搭成的建物，卻遭市 民批為「倒塌的鷹架」，材質鏽蝕，無法美化市容。 市議員許水彬昨質疑，光之塔幾已成一堆廢鐵，每年卻還要編500 萬元維修，根本是浪費錢；他還擔心未來要興建的台灣塔，與光之 塔都採鋼架搭建、構造雷同，但規模更大，會不會華而不實成為另 座廢墟，令人擔憂。 胡市長表示，台灣塔經國際競圖，受國際矚目與肯定，不能等同看 待；光之塔現已拆除LED 部分，「民眾的錢不能亂用，一定要追究 ，不能船過水無痕」。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.121.240.190
