新北市工務局上周拆除新板特區6處豪宅社區開放空間違建，23日午後暴雨，有3處社區新拆「開放空間」被大雨波及，以「超級F1」最嚴重，住戶趕緊堆沙包阻水、動員掃水。超級F1指責市府助紂為虐且姑息建商，將控告建商馥達建設。市府說，已幫助雙方協調年餘未果，只能依法施政。馥達則說連日都派員協助善後，會繼續溝通。
