住三峽北大社區如何開車到台北較方便快速?

想請問住三峽北大社區,早上上班時間要到台北南港區上班,請問開車,要走那條快速道路或道路,可以不會很塞,到台北較方便快速呢?請問那約須多久時間呢?因可能會搬至三峽,想先了解作息時間,謝謝幫忙。
