IMF：義大利年底可望復甦 需加速改革促成長

 國際貨幣基金組織(IMF)4日表示，義大利應能在今年年底擺脫衰退，但是羅馬當局必須加速改革腳步，否則經濟仍有下行風險。
華爾街日報和路透社報導，IMF調降義大利今年度的經濟展望至萎縮1.8%、遜於初估的萎縮1.5%；但看好明年景氣，估計將成長0.7%、優於先前預估的0.5%。該機構同時警告任何政策偏差(policy slippage)，恐進一步縮限信貸、重燃各方對義國20億歐元債務的疑慮。
義大利正陷入戰後最長的衰退期，GDP連續7季萎縮、失業率也衝上12%的空前新高。IMF認為義國近年改革力道仍舊不足，需要鬆綁服務業和勞動市場，並整頓耗時低效的司法體系。該機構指出加速改革動能，才能重啟成長、創造就業。
