由於小弟計畫開間串燒店可於店內喝酒的有些問題想請教～

1.有無北部串燒食材以及啤酒/飲料批發商可提供（東西新鮮價格實在的）？

2.是否要申請酒牌～如果要的話應該如何做呢？？

3.有什麼應該注意的事項？？例如設備以及食材保存方式～或是其他該注意的事項！！
