新電腦要如何打日文?<15點求解>

最近家裡有了新筆電,但有個問題很困擾我:
這次新電腦顯示輸入方式的界面都跟之前不同,對著輸入法圖示按右鍵也沒有"設定值"或"新增"等等,按進"內容"也只有顯示中英文模式等等東西,預設輸入法也只有一種,請問到底要如何才可以打日文呢><?
15點求解~請大家幫我!
