醉男酒駕自撞翻車　嗆警：我又沒喝幹嘛上銬

【陳冠宇／台北報導】今天凌晨2時許，台北市汀洲路車行地下道內發生一起車禍，一輛自小客車疑似車速過快，自撞地下道內牆面後翻車，警消抵達後並無人受傷。

警方調查，駕駛謝姓男子30多歲，酒測值高達0.72毫克，明顯超標，在現場時還大聲嚷嚷說我又沒喝酒，幹嘛上銬，警方要將他上銬時還將警方的手撥開，警方喝斥他之後才乖乖上銬，由警方帶回，警方將依公共危險罪嫌將他移送法辦，案由警方調查中。
