查無違法證據！傳南韓放棄對Google的反競爭調查

南韓針對Google (GOOG-US) Android智慧手機在該國的營運已進行長達2年的反競爭調查，但根據周四Google的消息人士指稱，南韓現已放棄此調查行動。

此調查原是基於一些投訴稱，Google施壓Android手機廠，欲使他們封鎖競爭者的搜尋引擎或其他app，但消息人士稱此行動最終以查無違法證據收場。

南韓搜尋引擎營運商Daum和NHN於2011年向南韓公平交易委員會提出申訴，Daum稱Google影響Android手機廠，使他們封鎖其他特定軟體服務，不讓競爭者的軟體服務搶先Google搜尋工具推出。

然而，消息人士稱，Google的Android事業毫無違法，此點有目共睹。Google拒絕回應此消息，也無法立即取得Daum 和 NHN的回應。

Google開放Android平台，通訊業者和OEM合作廠商均可免費決定自家Android手機要使用哪些app和服務。

然而，Google在歐洲的反壟斷調查仍持續中，歐洲委員會自2010年開始調查Google，係因競爭廠商控訴該公司的搜尋演算方式將使用者導向Google自家服務，降低了其他競爭者的曝光機會。

Google拒絕回應此調查。
