我想請問.成年人和一位自願性交的女生..那女生未滿十六歲.可是不知道.她告知別人她十八歲..這樣犯了什麼罰呢.有法條依據嗎

不管未成年人自不自願，都不可與任何人發生性關係，否則觸犯法律。

對於未滿十四歲之男女為性交者，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
　　對於未滿十四歲之男女為猥褻之行為者，處六個月以上五年以下有期徒刑。
　　對於十四歲以上未滿十六歲之男女為性交者，處七年以下有期徒刑。
　　對於十四歲以上未滿十六歲之男女為猥褻之行為者，處三年以下有期徒刑。
　　第一項、第三項之未遂犯罰之。
