【工作職缺】 資訊服務工程師 (Contracted)
【工作內容】 * A single point of contact for routing IT incidents and requests * Incident Management, escalation and resolution - Capture all incidents accurately and in a timely manner - Problem classification based on agreed Service Level Agreement - Follow-up all incidents and advise customers of the status of their call until the call is closed. * Provide desk side and phone support for the following areas: - Workstation, notebook, Printers, Handheld and mobile installation and problem solving - Audio and Web conferencing equipment - Telephony : IP phones and mobile phones - Common computer software 沒有內容會被刪文!!
【徵求條件】 Education: University degree Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must Professional skills: Microsoft Certification(s) preferred Work experience: 5~6 years experience in IT customer service area Soft skills: Interpersonal skills, Communication skills
【工作地點】 民生敦化路口
【工作時間】 ※沒有填寫工作時間將會被刪文。 周一~周五09.00~18.00，中午休息一小時 兩週工時超過84小時，請寫加班費
