巴拿馬：北韓載運武器船隻違反UN制裁

巴拿馬公共安全部28日引述聯合國(UN)報告發表聲明說，在一艘北韓船隻上所發現的未申報古巴武器，違反了聯合國對禁止武器轉移北韓的制裁令。

巴拿馬7月15日接獲正由古巴駛往北韓的「清川江號」(Chong Chon Gang)，可能載有毒品的相關情報，巴拿馬扣留了這艘船和35名北韓船員，並找到軍火彈藥等爆裂物。

聲明指出，根據一份聯合國專家送交巴拿馬的初步報告，這些貨物毫無疑問地違反聯合國制裁。這是自從專家們在2週前完成檢查工作之後，巴拿馬官方發布的第一份聲明。

公共安全部的消息人士說，當局已接獲由聯合國制裁小組專家所彙整的第一份初步報告。北韓因其引發爭議的核子計畫，正接受來自聯合國的制裁。
