午後暴雨　各縣市上班課及活動影響狀況

【綜合報導】午後一場大雨，北台灣及台南、高雄等地降下大雨甚至是豪雨，部分地區甚至傳出民宅倒塌、土石流等災情，台南市已宣布晚間停班停課，《蘋果日報即時新聞》為您整理全台各地交通和活動，受到這場午後大雨影響狀況：

1、8/31 14時高雄UBU硬地音樂展晚間活動取消。
2、8/31 台南市晚上停班停課 。
3、8/31台鐵16時20分基隆站水退恢復通車。
4、8/31台鐵15時45分平溪線因豪雨三貂嶺─十分間暫時停駛。
5、8/31台鐵13時前行經南迴線全線停駛，初估9月2日恢復通車，9/1枋寮─大武站間採公路接駁。
6、台18線阿里山公路35K-88K(觸口-阿里山)，21時預警性封閉。
7、蘇花公路蘇澳至東澳段18時起封路。
