我現在高職(非海事本科)畢業，想要在船上工作，但對入行業有些困惱，想請各位幫個忙，幫我解決困惑。

1.我非本科系還可以上船工作嗎?
2.如果可以要有甚麼的條件(EX：證照.....)?
3.甲、乙等船員需具備哪些能力?
4.有哪些地方訓練可以訓練?
