翁虹最近推出新書，分享多年來的保養秘笈，早前新書於北京舉行記者會，吸引不少傳媒採訪，身穿短裙的她大秀誘人長腿，席間更獲老公Will、6歲寶寶及20多位由她助養的兒童撐場，期間一眾人為翁虹補祝生日，齊齊吹蠟燭許願，壽星女更大方地即場自爆現年45歲，此語一出即令到全場嘩然，不約而同讚她保養得好，完全看不出歲月痕跡。

翁虹坦言保養之道在於心態的健康，她說：「一個人要對生活有滿足，因為知足就會快樂，快樂才會美，其實做人最緊要懂得愛惜自己，疼自己的人才會疼身邊人，我覺得美要由內心發出，做善事的人最美。」她直言自己因內心歡樂，自然會散發美麗，完全不用靠打針做人工修補。
