英文和數學都不好的人，可以唸什麼科系(技職體系)？

幫妹妹問的，她只有國文、公民和歷史強，英文和數學、理化都超弱，這樣子她高職和四技二專可以唸什麼科系呀？工科一定是不能唸的，商科也不能唸，那些都有微積分，那對我妹妹來說像天書一樣(另外像設計群要很花錢，所以我們也不考慮。)。

而我們又是非唸不可的，父母老是告訴我們：「學歷不只是就業的利器，更是女孩子最好的嫁妝。」。
