決議過關 凱瑞：有望消除敘國化武

（路透紐約聯合國總部27日電）聯合國安全理事會今天通過敘利亞化學武器決議，美國國務卿凱瑞（JohnKerry）說，表決結果顯示「行動必會招致後果」。

他說：「美方原先的目標在於降低和遏止敘利亞化學武器能力，而原本可能透過動武達成，目前總統歐巴馬保留這個選項。」 凱瑞說：「但今晚的決議透過和平手段達成更多目標，將首度尋求消除敘利亞整體化武能力。」中央社（翻譯）
