美國參院 宣布達成債限協議

美國參議院的民主黨領袖瑞德與共和黨領袖麥康諾16日宣布，達成提高舉債上限並結束政府關門的協議，可望同日通過方案。眾院的共和黨議員也暗示，將通過這項協議，可望趕在17日的期限前送交總統歐巴馬簽署成為法律，避免政府債務違約。

瑞德和麥康諾協商的框架包括讓政府恢復運作，且經費足夠撐到明年1月15日，並且提高舉債上限到明年2月7日，但也為朝野下一輪對決鋪路。

參院最快16日將表決兩位領袖的協議，共和黨參議員克魯茲耶也表示，他不會延遲表決，暗示參院可望同日通過協議。
