請問公管師資陳真宋文大家比較推薦誰呢?

我行政學是上陳真，聽說行政學跟公管老師一樣比較好，但我覺得陳真的交法比較適合選擇題

上網查蠻多人推薦宋文，說宋文適合準備申論，但也有人說他上課都在念課文，而且課本還有大約三分之一不會上，請問上過宋文課的人他真的是這樣嗎？

這兩位老師大家比較推誰呢?(我是準備普考喔)
