建議插在直接連接電腦的USB插槽上面

然後重開機電腦和您的I5
如果這樣還是無法偵測到的話
建議直接換一台電腦下載ITUNES插插看 可不可以備份
如果可以的話 代表是您的電腦USB相關的零組件可能出了問題

如果還是無法的話 還是卡在同一個螢幕的畫面的話
那就是手機的主機板有問題了
建議請盡快拿去直營經銷店做詢問的動作

不要緊張 APPLE的維修服務和各方面的服務都絕對會令人滿意的
