摘要：處理這個事件馬政府的策略是什麼？以前馬總統曾為了漁權問題曾批陳前總統，說他為了釣魚台「不惜一戰」，還說「一個政府如果對外交涉不能強硬的話，永遠就被人家耍」，馬總統現在夠強硬嗎？還是他有什麼考量？馬政府一直很怕在領土主權爭議事件中給外界造成「兩岸聯手」的印象，但如果光靠台灣，菲律賓不一定會理我們，到底他該怎麼做？如果菲律賓真的回應了大陸卻不理台灣，馬政府是否會非常尷尬？
