記者會影響不大　胡志強：邀國際組織任台菲觀察員

政院召開國際記者會，企圖在台菲緊繃關係上搶國際發言權，台中市長胡志強今天表示，光開國際記者會，影響力不大，應加強與國際媒體聯繫，特別是國際人權組織、世界新聞組織的支持，甚至邀請擔任台菲調查小組的觀察員，可發揮國際影響力。
