高雄市政府衛生局與教育局為響應「五三一世界無菸日」，將於二十六日下午二時三十分在美麗島捷運站內光之穹頂廣場，舉辦本市高中職學生「拒菸新主張、戒菸救健康」創意話劇比賽，藉由莘莘學子的創意構想，展現對菸害防制的行動力及使命感，同時也能使民眾對世界無菸日有更深的了解與支持，進而擴大菸害宣導與傳播的目的，歡迎民眾踴躍前往觀賞。
