中華電信333方案問題

最近我換了新手機，也辦了新的匯率方案(中華電信333大省方案)
因為它的方案是前六個月網路吃到飽，所以我就放心的上網了
但是今天收到了這封簡訊:

"中華電信提醒，您行動上網用量已使用約281.1MB（超過月租優惠量70%，非即時統計），逾優惠傳輸量需另付費，相關費率詳emome網站"

請問這是怎麼ㄧ回事呢?我還要繳額外的費用嗎?
