聯合國呼籲停止開發攻擊型機器人

聯合國專家30日呼籲全球各國停止開發及使用任何能夠在不受人指揮下殺戮目標的武裝機器人。

聯合國法制秘書海因斯表示，目前還沒有任何國家使用這種武器，但所需要要的科技已經具備，或在未來不久即能具備。

他說，「聯合國應停止做出任何允許各國部署機器人來屠殺人類的決議。」

他要求聯合國成立一個高階層小組，在一年內提報各國「致命性自主性機器人」的發展進度，以評估現行國際法是否能適當控管機器人的使用。
