「掉漆」宿舍　竟狂漲76%

【陳偉周╱基隆報導】包括台大等多所大專院校，都將從九月新學期起調漲宿舍費，基隆市崇右技術學院也跟上腳步，但竟一口氣從5500元漲到9700元，漲幅逾76%。投訴學生指出，之前就聽說男生宿舍將要翻新，但一直沒有動作，學生們住在老舊的宿舍內，不但基本設備、公共設施破舊毀損程度令人瞠目結舌，還不時出現十多公分長的大蜈蚣，宿舍房間裡天花板狂掉漆，窗戶玻璃裂開僅用熱熔膠填補，房門破洞只好用白紙貼上遮掩，住宿品質超差

校方解釋十多年沒漲過宿舍費，這次因應電費上漲而調整，也符合教育部規定，宿舍寢室長開會後均同意調漲，況且男宿將全面翻修，才漲為9700元，因此讓學生們認為漲幅過大。
