房仲美女團 電動車帶看

住商不動產美術馬卡加盟店下周二（6/25）在高雄開幕，將成立全台首創不動產環保電動車隊與房仲美女帶看團（圖），除提倡節能環保外，透過美女團行銷，還未開幕就吸引不少人預約看屋。
該店店長江立瑋說，已購入10輛電動車，並找設計師重新彩繪外觀，總花費超過35萬元，雖然電動車充電電費與機車油費相比，每月須多支出近5千元，但車上明顯的公司標示與置物箱上的跑馬燈，都是最佳宣傳利器，騎在美術館周邊吸引許多目光。
房仲美女蘇美娟說，平均年齡不到25歲的帶看團，已成為公司活招牌，雖然還未開幕，但每天都有1~2通顧客來電預約看屋。文╱葉家銘．圖╱唐郡威
