男摔車　疑遭背包帶纏頸亡

【李俊淇／新北報導】新北市1名27歲鄭姓機車騎士昨晚下班返家時，行經新店區安康路三段時，疑過彎不慎摔車，翻滾時遭背包帶纏頸，一名經過民眾發現時，摔車的鄭男已臉色發紫、口吐白沫，連忙停車報警並上前將纏在鄭男脖子上的背包帶解開，警消獲報趕到現場，送醫搶救後仍是不治。

警方調查，車禍現場並無撞擊碎片，僅有機車拖地痕跡，初步研判是過彎不慎自摔所造成，將調閱監視器釐清事發原因，而詳細死因則需等待法醫解剖才能確認。
