停擺3年多　以巴重啟會談有望

【綜合報導】美國國務卿凱瑞結束4天訪約旦行，在最後一天的演說上，凱瑞發出出人意表的通告，表示以色列和巴勒斯坦會談停滯3年多後，有機會重啟對談，雙方將可能在華府會面，由他親自主持會談。

凱瑞花了數個月和雙方協商，終於達成共識，初步計畫第一輪參與會談的將是以色列的司法部長里夫尼(Tzipi Livni)和巴勒斯坦的協商首領艾瑞卡特(Saeb Erekat)。

不過凱瑞也小心翼翼表示，以巴會談僅是達成初步共識，中間還需要許多外交工作，才能確保會談能成功舉行。
