如果是指一般狀況下，中間無任何遮蔽物或特別阻礙，當然！！
光是有可逆性的。

但是如果中間有一些阻礙物，如一堵牆，單向鏡，就例外。

如果有一堵牆，牆中有一隙縫，此隙縫很小，通常他會看不到你，但你看的到他，因為光的繞射原理。使你看到的範圍變大許多，而他只能看到那隙縫。

如果是單向鏡(即內看的到外，但外看不到內的鏡子，警局、偵訊時可見)，是用折射原理，即光通過一不同的物質，會產生折射與反射，利用兩邊光線亮暗、玻璃特殊材質(慢到快介質可產生全反射)，使那個東西從內看成玻璃，從外變成鏡子。
