改兩稅合一 財部研究中不設限

對於廢除兩稅合一，財政部長張盛和說，目前研究中，不設限，因為各國稅制改革也不一定是朝廢除方向。

財政部今天歡送政務次長曾銘宗升任金管會主委。

歡送會後，張盛和接受媒體採訪時表示，兩稅合一的改革討論，要等研究報告出來，看看社會各界的意見，尤其是立法院支持到什麼程度，再來討論。

張盛和說，研究報告約年底出爐，若問他的想法，嚴格來說就是扣抵率的問題。如果是前副總統蕭萬長所說的廢除，改的幅度就非常大，牽涉到所得稅法相關的條文會非常多，但如果只是扣抵率調整，變化就會少一點。

他表示，兩稅合一從民國86年到現在已經實施約16年，也到了要興革的地步，但這一切都要等社會上有共識再來談。
