[問題] 工安課程結業證書該屬於誰?

標題[問題] 工安課程結業證書該屬於誰?

請問如果應徵到一間公司 該公司要求前三天要先自費去上工安課程(但加保有從第一天開始算) 工安課程上完後會有考試，並會領到一張結業證書 請問這張結業證書是算公司的，還是勞工本人的? 公司在勞工離職後未退還結業證書是正常的嗎? 勞工不能拿該證書再去其他地方找工作或自己保管嗎? 工安課程的費用應該由員工支出嗎?還是公司應該作為教育訓練費支出才對? 勞保法或什麼法有規定嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.117.207.102
