美參議院否決眾議院緊急支出法案附帶條件

美國國會參議院以54比46票，否決由共和黨提出緊急支出法案的附帶條件。

由共和黨提出的眾議院緊急支出法案，附帶條件包括將美國總統歐巴馬的醫療改革延遲一年實施及廢除醫療器材稅。法案遭否決後，美國聯邦政府停止營運的時間剩下約10小時。

稍早前，美國總統歐巴馬與以色列總理尼坦亞胡會談前表示，不會任由聯邦政府暫停營運。他透露，將與國會領袖會面。歐巴馬表明，期望談判達成長遠財政預算，可以投資中產家庭，協助經濟增長及解決長期赤字和債務。
