財政問題無解，美國聯邦政府在台北時間中午12點後正式關門，不過電子盤小彈，紓解週二亞股賣壓，台北股市週二開高震盪，電子股併購題材領頭撐住大盤，不過指數仍未能站回月線，在5日線附近留下上影線，短線上市場風險意識不減，盤勢上宜保持中性偏空看待。

籌碼面的部份，外資現貨賣超25.02億，台指期淨部位為淨多2548口。10月合約買權OI大量分佈在8400以上，目前買權OI最大量在8400，約5.4萬口左右，賣權OI大量分佈在8100以下，賣權最大量目前在8000，約3.6萬口。
