【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】美債違約風險尚無法完全排除，各國央行以及金融機構仍積極防備，各國央行可能以類似2008年緊急措施包括確保資金供給充足、放寬融資擔保品規定以及雙邊美元換匯協議等因應。
 
繼富達（Fidelity）10月初出清規模10億美元（294.45億元台幣）美國短債後，據《華爾街日報》（Wall Street Journal）報導指出，花旗（citi）也預告部分客戶，可能不接受10月24~31日到期的美國國庫券作為擔保。
