控溫器品牌 差異

我想問一下：

控溫器是指我把溫度定再一個值，若太冷他會自動加溫、太熱自動斷電維持在一定溫度的意思是嗎??

有沒有推薦的品牌??? 我看價格從百元到千元都有，價差好大，差在哪裡阿??

如果我不是用在魚類，可以使用嗎??
