不滿高鐵頻停駛　立委委員會今不審預算

【陳如嬌／台北報導】立院交通委員會今天原排定審查交通部預算，委員以程序發言，砲轟高鐵公司前天發生停駛事件，善後處理要根本是踐踏消費者權益。立委李昆澤指出，高鐵營運通車以來，已發生60幾次訊號異常事件，這是重大事故來臨前的警訊，另有委員質疑高鐵再三出包，危機處理卻等於零。委員會做出今天詢答、但不審預算的決議，要求高鐵董事長歐晉德和總經理等人下午到交通委員會列席說明。

對於高鐵前天發生的事件和善後處理，葉匡時表示，他個人覺得痛心，高鐵表現太令人失望。他表示，高鐵公司營運6年多以來，共發生64件停駛延誤事件，其中與電力有關有7件，當中有4件是人為維修、保養不當，不是因不可抗拒的自然因素造成停駛延誤，高鐵的維修保養確實有檢討的必要。
