黃鐙輝岳母的車遭竊，他報警後，１日在臉書上發出追緝令，對小偷喊話：「你害我每天被萁媽吵著要買車，我能體諒你可能日子難過到連這種爛車也要幹去周轉，但你要幹也幹我的，比較多錢可以殺肉吧！」

他說，車子不值錢，卻是岳母與老婆萁萁的代步車，失竊後，岳母每天吵著要他賠一台，「我有近千萬的房屋貸款，還有兩個小孩要養，哪有這麼多預算再買？」他決定把自己一年的車讓給岳母，自己騎摩托車。

郭彥均、郭彥甫因接下衛視《冠軍任務》遭TVBS撤換《食尚玩家》，《食尚》找來黃鐙輝、米可白、蝴蝶姊姊，黃說：「最近每周要出外景３天，節目已錄４集。」TVBS說，每年暑假都會嘗試新主持人，黃等人是先代班。
