美商會力促台灣加入TPP

（中央社記者吳佳穎台北6日電）台北市美國商會6日發表「2013台灣白皮書」，建議台灣政府加速經濟改革與貿易自由化；美國商會將帶著白皮書訪美國華府、美官員，促美政府助台灣加入跨太平洋夥伴協議(TPP)。

白皮書指出，台美雙方的經濟合作不論在深度、廣度應該達到全新層次。為了維持台灣產品與服務的競爭力，避免經濟孤立，加入TPP是台灣當前最重要目標。

美國商會還建議總統馬英九要成立一個高層級的「競爭力專案小組」，協調必要的政策與法規改革，為台灣加入TPP鋪路。

白皮書同時也建議，美國政府要為台美貿易暨投資架構協定(TIFA)創造動能。

美國商會表示，白皮書發表後，商會代表團會帶著最新白皮書訪問美國華府、美方官員、專家，討論如何加強進一步貿易關係。1020606
