美食餐飲－食材與佳餚爭鮮 鮭魚專賣店登台

結合美食、食材、冷凍調理與教學等多功能的第一家鮭魚專賣店，將於下周在台北東區試賣，供應全球三成五養殖鮭魚的美威集團，以Supreme Salmon為品牌，投資上億元在中壢打造無塵加工廠，強調新鮮第一，來路透明，鮭魚從捕獲到上架不出3天。

亞太區總經理吳欣志表示，台灣人愛吃鮭魚，一年空運來台超過1萬公噸，僅次於日本與大陸，而美威集團行銷全球的鮭魚量約42萬公噸，主要來自挪威、加拿大、蘇格蘭和智利，「消費者只看到鮭魚在市場裡現切，不知它何時抵台，其實從捕獲到空運，時間從36小時到10天不等，但鮭魚最佳保鮮期其實只有14天。」

除了與時間賽跑，Supreme Salmon還請名廚李佳其設計40道簡易食譜，另在專賣店供應最便宜30元的鮭魚滷肉飯，最貴250元的鮭魚排套餐，讓消費者吃鮭魚不再受限於生魚與乾煎兩種。
